We had a bad experience with customer service about a month ago, but we were given the opportunity for a 2nd chance invitation and we dined in 4/14/25 about an hour or more before closing. Gabe was working the register and his customer service went above and beyond our last experience, a complete turnaround and we are so impressed with our treatment that this is now our new favorite wings restaurant

Matthew was friendly, attentive and awesome at his job! The wings and salad and fries were hot and fresh. As a bonus we were treated with a sample of the funnel cake fries and dipping sauces and we had to order some, so yummy!!!!!

The person who took my order named Max was an excellent worker and took my order with perfect customer service. And even helped me when I was having trouble processing what sauces are there and was very kind. He showed great care for the store and what was being ordered. This interaction has made me want to become a regular due to Max.

We had a great dining experience at this Wing Shack! Gabe helped us order and was very friendly and checked on us during our meal! The restaurant was clean and food was made just how we ordered! Definitely recommend

We need more people like Gabe my family and I enjoyed some delicious food and let’s just say not only was the food great but the service was amazing. Not only did Gabe let us know that we could save money by going with the Monday special but he was also just a delightful person And let’s just be honest. We’re all about saving money, but it’s the experience that matters and Gabe definitely met that expectation. We left the restaurant with a full belly and a smile on our face, and that was due to the great Attitude and interaction that we had with Gabe thumbs up wing !!!!

My dinner experience here was amazing, it was due to a hero named Isaiah. His hands were steady as he flipped the wings to perfection. No order was too small, no request I made was too demanding. I watched as he flew with mystical glowing wings between the grills and fryers with the speed of a comet. Each wing he crafted for me was imbued with magic- spicy, savory, and unforgettable. At the end of the night I thank him for his service and he simply nodded as he vanished into the night. I know he waits ready for the next soul in need of his legendary wings and service.

Stopped in on Sunday and it was empty inside but they had so many pick-up orders! Of course they do, because they are solidly good wings. Try the special for 30 that gets you 25 wings, large fries, and 4 drinks. Or, for 5 more you can swap out those 4 fountain drinks for a pitcher of beer. It's such a DEAL. They also have the best ranch and sauce options. Their jalapeno garlic ranch will change your life.
